Delivery Area
We ship to all seven emirates of the UAE, as well as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. International orders are handled by our courier partner, who manages delivery and customs clearance.
Delivery Time
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 2–4 business days of dispatch. Orders to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman typically take 5–7 working days.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of AED 15.00 applies to UAE orders under AED 250.00. International orders under AED 250.00 are typically AED 49.00, though the exact fee can vary by product and destination and is always shown at checkout before payment. Orders of AED 250.00 or more ship free, UAE or international.
Remote & Outlying Areas
For deliveries in Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah, delivery can take 1–2 extra business days, and a AED 15.00surcharge applies on top of the standard shipping fee — even on orders that would otherwise qualify for free shipping, since it reflects a real extra cost from our courier rather than our standard delivery fee. This is applied automatically based on the emirate you select at checkout, and always shown in your order summary before payment.
